Eunice Charlotte (Seeley) Wilson's father, Stephen Seeley, fought in the Revolutionary War. After the War, he became a Quaker.

Levi Pawling's father, Colonel Levi Pawling, commanded a regiment of Ulster County, NY, militia in the Revolutionary War. He was a member of the Provincial Congress; the first judge of Ulster County, NY; and Senator from the State of NY.
